Ive been a subscriber for almost a year when the iPad app froze and ended crashing every time I tried to opening it again. Was not able to sign back into the account (in order to reinstate ad free version). Never heard back from support and my email address was no longer recognized by their system (even though they have sent me emails using same address). Was not able to continue with existing subscription and decided to renew. I ended up having to buy two subscriptions as their system did not automatically renew the same apps subscription on my iPhone. App worth it for weather however not for the frustration that comes with it. Fix and refund.

App loads but never loads any location. Please fix otherwise the best weather app

must be closed and reopened once a day to properly load forecast and radar map data. It seems unable to clear the cache of stale data. Needs to be fixed, or users will think the service is providing inaccurate forecasts.

I dont have an Apple watch so I have no problem. The iOS app works well.

New update wont even install. Too bad. Was a great app.

The iPhone app is wonderful and Ive been using it for years. The accuracy is not notch for Calgary. Unfortunately the Apple Watch app crashes around 95% of the time and still doesnt show "real feel". Fix these issues and its easily a 5 star app!

Best weather app Ive ever used, accurate, informative, and the interface isnt too bad either.

Weather Underground is the most accurate and useful forecast tool I have seen and use. I travel by motorcycle all over the world and this is my first trip tool.

This update helped but still Very disappointed, unable to login, requested a password reset 4 times with no response at all... no way to check subscription... it has so much potential

My go to app for any weather related planning.

I like the fact that the map is up front so that you can see the possible precipitation over a specific area.

Being using it for years. Always reliable and useful info.

I really like the app. However for the Canadian locations it would be nice to have the Humidex instead of the U.S. Heat Index as the feels like temp is different between the two.

I am very happy with this app. Would be awesome to have another widget for a week long forecast

A very simple app to use and modify for your needs. Even get to learn some of local geography.

Lately, this app takes for ever to load. Often needs to be restarted before it will update and load accurately. Please fix ASAP. Will give 5 stars when its up and running smooth again.

Doesnt load any weather data, and forgot my saved locations.

Only hold back I find with this app is lack of severe weather alerts for Canadian locations

Displays Location data not available, but just 30 sec before, for the city nearby, it worked just fine. I paid for the ad free version and all I want is a simple is it going to rain tomorrow morning.
